Now I’m on Aero Mexico 🇲🇽 flight about to have a adventure of a lifetime

My Mexican Adventure was the beginning to getting to Cuba 🇨🇺, I always wanted to visit but the ex didn’t so this was my chance.

Travelling alone in Mexico 🇲🇽 isn’t something I’d recommend so instead I booked a Intrepid Tour a Basix ( this is perfect for independence , safety & trouble free.

Accomodation , transportation is organised then you decide how much you want to do. No meals or tours included .

The wrestlers in Puebla Mexico 🇲🇽 A fun night out for families

My Adventure in Mexico were just amazing.

From the Sun & Moon Pyramids near Mexico City. To the local Tuesday night Wrestling matches in Puebla . Ring side seats @ $20 , vendors come around with Beers $2 , tortilla chips etc . Meeting the locals there & participating in the match was a definite highlight.

In Oaxaca I volunteered for a 1/2 day at a after school drop in shelter for kids whose parents working in markets etc. I gave a photocopy machine & took a box of tinned fruit for the lunches . A gave a speech thanking them for having me & reminding them that education is the key to success, time helping in the kitchen. This was a great way for me to say Thanks to Mexico.

Freshest food markets in Oaxaca

BTW. One of the best lunches ever you pick your veggies , meat, then the gorgeous people make your salad & cook your meat add a couple of ice cold cervezas Paraiso

The incredible ruins of Palenque

Got there via a Bush Tucker Man Walk then through the Jungle to find this place

Palenque is another ancient Mayan civilisation state in the Chiapas Region .

The area around is dense jungle.Again I went on a guided tour first a trek through the jungle eating bush food Ants 🐜 anyone ???
Then through into the ruins, having a local guide is the way to go to see the little things that might have gone unnoticed.

Cenotes in the Yucatan AMAZING
