Recently the humble winner of the Central Coast Australia Day awards as Citizen of the Year .Helping people to have joy in their life , make special moments happen even if it means dressing up & not taking ones self too seriously.
Sea Gypsy Adventures is a community for women who love travel, barefoot adventures, cooking, yoga, and paddleboarding, treating the ocean with respect, caring for the planet, and paying it forward.
THE FOUNDER
Paula is the editor of Sea Gypsy Adventures
She is an author, traveller, gypsy with a wild heart for adventure. Paula was a International flight attendant for 32 years, and member of the Qantas Cabin Crew Team (QCCT). She loves travelling around the globe and meeting like-minded souls.
Since leaving international flying due to COVID , Paula worked as a disability support worker caring for clients with high needs providing care, compassion and also fun having Olympics & even taking Santa to shared homes when clients were unable to have a visit from Santa.
Paula returned to the hospitality sector for a short stint calling bingo , promotions & welcome desk at a large club .
Currently “reliving “ but still very active in the community volunteering for Because we Care Boutique outfitting women & girls for job interviews, and work to help them feel empowered, confident & ready to take on the world
Meals on Wheels NSW volunteer since 1989 and she also works for Orange Sky Laundry to do the washing for homeless and disadvantaged people.
Paula has also worked on projects in Manila, Philippines and Johannesburg, South Africa. in 2020, Paula fundraisers each year to go towards a Christmas celebration, education & health
Paula is a published author blogger and has travelled to a number of places and countries. She has been able to turn her passion for adventure into a career. Sea Gypsy Adventures is the next step in her commitment to paying it forward with a community that brings together gypsy woman from all over the world to share their experiences and more.
